Request deletion without the app
To request deletion of your TRICKED profile and associated data from SeventhCurrent, email hello@seventhcurrent.com with the subject “TRICKED profile and data deletion request”. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to submit a request.
Include your in-game nickname and player tag if you know them. If you do not, tell us what information you have so we can help locate the profile. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership before deleting data. Never send passwords, authentication tokens or payment-card details.
Delete in the app and understand what is removed
To delete your profile in the app, connect to the internet and open Home → Profile → Delete profile and data. Follow the confirmation steps. Google-linked profiles require Google confirmation.
Deletion removes:
- Your online profile and Google link;
- Device credentials associated with the deleted profile;
- Leaderboard scores, except retained finalized competition results described below;
- Profile cosmetics, achievements and online progress backups.
Local progress is cleared on the device completing deletion. Offline copies on other devices are not remotely erased. Purchases and sound preferences remain separate and are not removed by profile deletion. Deleting your TRICKED profile does not delete your Google account.
When online, TRICKED automatically creates a fresh guest profile after deletion. This does not restore the deleted profile or its progress.
For requests made without the app, we cannot remotely clear local progress stored on your devices. Clear local app data on those devices separately if you also want to remove those copies.
What remains after deletion
Finalized competition placement, score and timestamps remain with the player identifier removed. This does not guarantee complete anonymization. A credential hash remains for seven days to confirm interrupted deletion requests; expired hashes are cleaned up hourly. Cached public results may remain visible for up to 45 seconds.
Infrastructure backups and operational logs have separate retention periods that are still being confirmed. Advertising and purchase providers have their own retention practices. See the TRICKED Privacy Policy for privacy choices, provider details and other privacy requests.
