Where is my information stored?

Fold is local-first. Events, lists, notes, and preferences are stored on the Android device.

Can I back up my data?

Fold supports local export, backup, and restore using files in a folder selected by the user.

Troubleshooting

Release-specific guidance for reminders, widgets, backups, and supported Android versions will be published with the first release.

Data deletion

Local app data can be deleted through app controls or by clearing/uninstalling the app. Backup files stored outside the app must be deleted separately.
